Exchange Policy
Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact
- Free from any damage or signs of wear
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please email our support team at support@miraejewels.com with your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the original item back and receiving the exchanged product.
- In case of an error on our part (wrong item sent, damaged item received), Mirae will cover the exchange shipping costs.
Product Availability
Exchanges depend on product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, you can:
- Select another available item of equal value
- Or receive a store credit (coupon code) equal to the original item value for future purchases
Please Note:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
- Kindly review product details carefully before making your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us right away at support@miraejewels.com with clear photos. Once verified, we’ll issue a store credit for the value of the item, redeemable on your next purchase.
Non-Exchangeable Items

Sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all exchange requests.
Delivery Notes
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe deliveries. However, please note:
- Any unexpected delays, additional charges, or delivery issues caused by third-party courier services are beyond our direct control
- While we aim to support and resolve any concerns, Mirae is not liable for courier-related service disruptions
Orders & Sales Campaigns
Orders placed prior to the launch of any sale campaign are not eligible for price adjustments or retrospective discounts. We maintain transparent and fair pricing policies for all customers.
